Chelsea completed the set of Europe's major club trophies on 28 May 2025, overturning a half-time deficit to beat Real Betis 4–1 in the Conference League final in Wrocław. Abde Ezzalzouli had given the Spanish side an early lead, finishing coolly in the ninth minute after a pass from Isco.
The turnaround began in the 65th minute, when Enzo Fernández headed home a cross from Cole Palmer, before Nicolas Jackson made it 2–1 six minutes later, again assisted by Palmer. Substitutes added further gloss late on: Jadon Sancho curled in a third in the 83rd minute, and Moisés Caicedo completed the scoring in stoppage time. Bosnian referee Irfan Peljto took charge of the match, with Palmer named man of the match for his two assists.
The result made Chelsea the first club to win all four major European trophies, following earlier successes in the Champions League, Europa League and Cup Winners' Cup.
