Paide Linnameeskond Paide Linnameeskond is an Estonian football club based in the town of Paide, competing in the top division, the Premium Liiga. Founded in 2004, the club achieved a remarkable rise through the Estonian league structure, securing four consecutive promotions from the fifth tier to debut in the top flight in 2009.
A major turning point arrived under manager Vjatšeslava Zahovaiko, who transitioned the team into a fully professional outfit and led them to a historic league runner-up finish in 2020. The club's major domestic honours include winning the Estonian Cup in 2022 by defeating Nõmme Kalju FC in the final, followed by the Estonian Supercup title in 2023. Former national team manager Karel Voolaid later took charge of the squad.
On the international stage, Paide Linnameeskond made a memorable run in the 2022/2023 UEFA Conference League qualifying rounds. They pulled off notable upsets by eliminating Dinamo Tbilisi and Ararat-Armenia in back-to-back penalty shootouts. Playing their home matches at the Paide linnastaadion, the club has featured prominent Estonian internationals over the years, such as defender Ragnar Klavan, midfielder Andre Frolov, and striker Henri Anier.
